Details

Gates manufactures 3/4" x 3 1/2" wood walers on their CNC machine, cutting the walers out of a sheet of 3/4" plywood. Two layers of 3/4" are put together to form a 1 1/2 x 3 1/2 radius wood "2x4" waler.

Radius panels are generally manufactured in the contractors shop, taken to the job and the set begins.

Notice the clean perfect radius. Walers can be job cut by the contractor, but most prefer the accuracy of a Gates CNC cut waler.

A large expanse of Cam Lock wood waler forms being set for a job in New Mexico.

Notice the clean radius of the finished concrete. The walers can be cut to tight radii.
