Gates in the last year manufactured a set of double radius forms for a reface job for a water dam project back in Virginia. Here is a view of the first forms being manufactured in the wood shop in Denver, Colorado.

Special Median Barrier form built to Nebraska specs, featured HDO form ply, Microlam back up lumber and #3 anchor locks. We designed the forms to use reusable Taper Ties for multiple uses. Note the wood blockouts top and bottom.
