Cures quickly - Minimizes traffic disruption
Flexible - Cured sealant accommodates normal movement in concrete or asphalt
Variable mix ratio - Allows applicator to mix to desired consistency
Self-leveling - Ensures loop wire is totally encapsulated
Freeze/thaw tolerant - Can be used in subfreezing conditions
Moisture tolerant - Can be used on damp substrates
